Raj is an associate practicing in the firm’s Litigation Group. He maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice, including contract law, construction disputes, shareholder disputes, and real property litigation.

Raj is a cum laude graduate of the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law’s English Common Law Program. During law school, he served as a Legal Writing Leader with the Point-First Legal Writing Academy and as a Teaching Assistant for the Alternative Dispute Resolution practicum. Before law school, Raj graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Criminology from York University.

Prior to joining the firm, Raj gained experience with various forms of personal injury litigation. He is knowledgeable and experienced in motor vehicle accident claims, occupiers’ liability issues like slip and falls, and long-term disability denials. His diverse legal experience gives him a unique perspective and valuable insight to achieve client-centered solutions. Raj has represented clients at the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, and Ontario Small Claims Court.

In his spare time, Raj can be found keeping up with Toronto sports, attempting a new fitness regime, or spending quality time with his young nieces and nephews.

Raj was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 after completing his articles with the firm.
