About Raffaele

Since being called to the Bar in 2003 in Ontario (and in Alberta in 2006), Raffaele gained approximately 20 years of experience at boutique commercial litigation law firms. During this time, Raffaele worked on numerous matters and developed a thriving practice in all aspects of Commercial Litigation, requiring preparation of various documents for all levels of Court (including the Supreme Court of Canada) and other Boards/Tribunals.

Raffaele has also appeared before all levels of Court, including the Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, Bankruptcy and Commercial Court, Estates Court, Federal Court, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal, as well other Boards/Tribunals, including private Tribunals, the Landlord & Tenant Board, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, among others.

In addition, Raffaele assists in mentoring and training Summer / Articling Students and new and senior Associates, as well as providing Pro Bono advice and consultations to various referrals and clients.

Raffaele is conversationally fluent in Italian and has basic understanding of Spanish.

Raffaele has a love of outdoor activities, such as fishing and hiking and is an avid reader, particularly of classic and fantasy literature.
