Dan Bank provides legal guidance in all areas of commercial and business law, and provides innovative “external in-house counsel” services to start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Along with a strong foundation in corporate law, Dan has unique insights into a number of emerging practice areas. He began his legal career at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, one of Canada’s leading business law firms, where he practiced for a number of years in the firm’s Corporate and Energy group. Dan also worked as in-house counsel for a leading renewable energy company.

Dan is happily married. When he is not busy helping clients, Dan is busy being dad to his two children and cheering for the Toronto Raptors.
