About Joshua

Joshua is an experienced litigator, having been called to the Bar in Ontario in 2015 after articling in the Toronto Financial District.

His litigation practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial disputes. He represents individuals and businesses in a variety of areas including real property disputes, contract law, professional negligence, mortgage fraud, construction litigation, commercial leasing, regulatory law, as well as shareholder and partnership disputes.

Joshua regularly argues cases at all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Small Claims Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also represented clients at various administrative bodies and tribunals.

In his spare time he enjoys running, wandering new cities, attending art gallery openings, and writing.
