About Katherine

Katherine Lee spent much of her career specializing in litigation, and practiced with a real estate and corporate litigation firm in downtown Toronto prior to joining the team at Himelfarb Proszanski. Her practice is now focused on all manner of simple to intricate commercial litigation cases. She is proficient in drafting and reviewing complex court documents and has wide-ranging experience in analyzing applicable statutes. Katherine has also had extensive experience as an advocate, including trial experience.

Katherine’s clients benefit from her excellent client service and her ability to solve complex legal problems that addresses her clients’ specific needs.

Katherine graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences. After graduating from Simon Fraser University, Katherine earned her Bachelor of Law degree from Kent University in England. She then attended Osgoode Hall Law School earning her Masters of Law graduating in 2014. Katherine was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017.
